Anyone else have school closed all week? My kids go to 3 different schools, 2 are in our school district and my oldest goes to a charter school and they all decided that they should combine parent teacher conferences this week and of course they are closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving.
My kids are driving me nuts. We have a big noise problem with my kids anyway and Monkey can't handle being off her school schedule so she is just bugging her sisters and keeps grabbing them. So of course they have to retaliate by screaming at the top of their lungs and hitting her back. This of course gets my youngest whining and this fun goes on all day. Yes I am being sarcastic because this is not fun at all. I think my neighbors hate us because of the noise so they are extra thrilled this week!
Someone please leave a comment and tell me I'm not alone. Even if you aren't dealing with similar problem. My middle is on the Autism Spectrum and I swear my oldest is too and my youngest acts like them and I am starting to think I should have her evaluated too. If you have several Autistic kids I would love to hear how you are coping with the stress. My kids just don't stop till they fall into bed at night and I have tried everything I can think of to get my house quiet but it never lasts for more than a few minutes.

Aw, I know what you mean...I have a four year old daughter and an eight month old son. They don't go to school and are either happy playing or upseting one another! LOL, following you via blog hop. Thanks for following me!
ReplyDeleteOH man! I had the same problem a few weeks back! We had a HUGE storm and no power for a week! I had all 5 kids every day because school was closed and no TV No Video games no computers no cells bc we could not charge them (and I wouldnt let them in the car) and eating bread and peanut butter. By day 3 we played all the board games we had made crafts out of everything from tissue boxes to toilet paper rolls we had NOTHING left to do. Oh man it was horrible. We couldn't go to parks or anything because all of them were either ruined or closed due to floods did not matter anyway because 1/2 the roads were closed anyway it was a MESS I am not sure how I survived that week? But I do know the neighbors hated us bc all we did was yell lol Oh and we couldnt go outside for days till the tree people came and took down the huge 100 year old oak dangling over their heads.
